Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional lead time, which will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All Orders are Free Shipping
Australia: 7–12 business days (standard shipping)

International: 7–14 business days (depending on region)
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our free shipping service.
Custom Orders & Pre-orders
For custom steering wheels or interior parts, please allow 1–2 weeks for production before dispatch. We’ll notify you once your order is ready to ship.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are covered under the Free Shipping policy.
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every item. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll assist in lodging an investigation where possible.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.
