Returns & Refunds

• You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Change of mind returns are not accepted.

• Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected by our team.

Warranty

• All Exped Offroad products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental or cosmetic damage

• If your item is eligible for warranty repair or replacement, please contact us with your proof of purchase and detailed photos of the issue.
